This 14th century "Last Judgement" painting is above the chancel arch of the Lutterworth church where John Wycliffe was the vicar.
At the top Christ is sat on a rainbow displaying the marks of the Crucifixion, whilst angels to the left and right hold the cross and spear. Outside of these are angels blowing trumpets to awaken the dead. A blue line separates these figures from those below.
The bottom half of the painting consists of white figures and skeletons climbing out of their graves in response to the trumpet calls, and flames can be seen within the coffins.
