The St Anne Chapel in Great Malvern Priory is in the south choir aisle, there is no indication however that it was known to be dedicated to St Anne before the nineteenth century. This chapel has three windows with mid fifteenth century class depicting Old Testament stories. It is thought that it was built as a chantry chapel for Isabel Despenser and her second husband Richard de Beauchamp, 13th Earl of Warwick, and in the seventeenth century it was recorded that the windows contained the Beauchamp and Despenser heraldry, none of which survives today.

The stories depicted in the windows are the Creation, Adam and Eve, Expulsion from Eden, Noah and the Flood, Noah drunk, Abraham, Sarah, and Isaac, Joseph and Moses.
