In fifteenth-century Florence, the image of the Virgin and Child underwent a quiet revolution. Ce tombeau à deux étages de Richard de Beauchamp, 1er comte de Worcester (d1421) fut construit en 1430 par son épouse Dame Isabel le Despenser, l'arrière petite-fille d'Edouard III. Ce tombeau était probablement destiné à contenir des priants de Richard, d'Isabelle, et de son second mari, Richard de Beauchamp, 13ème comte de Warwick, qui était le cousin de son premier mari.

Le tympan du portail des Marmousets est une sculpture de style gothique tardif ornant le porche des Marmousets, principale entrée piétonne de l'église abbatiale de Saint-Ouen à Rouen, en Normandie. Ce portail de style gothique flamboyant, situé au niveau du transept sud, date d'environ 1430 et a été réalisé par le maître sculpteur Alexandre de Berneval.

Le tympan au-dessus du porche central représente le Christ en majesté au Jugement dernier sur quatre registres.
