Edward the Black Prince dies 1376

After a long illness that was probably cancer, Edward the Black Prince dies at Kennington on the 8th of June 1376. He was buried at Canterbury cathedral on the 5th of October. His eldest son Richard II will succeeded to the throne when Edward III died the following year.
