This tympanum (c1150) at Chartres Cathedral depicts Christ enthroned within a mandorla at the Last Judgement. Below him in the lintel are the twelve apostles.
This Byzantine style mosaic of Christ in Majesty (c1190) is in the central apse of the cathedral of Monreale.
The central doorway at Notre-Dame Paris, was sculpted starting in about 1230. It consists of Christ in Majesty (showing the marks of the Crucifixion) with the Virgin Mary and St John on either side of him. This was a common scene to be sculpted on Medieval Gothic churches, and other examples exist at Bourge, and Chartres, amongst others.

The facade of the San Frediano Basilica in Lucca is dominated by this late 13th century mosaic of Christ in Majesty designed in the Byzantine style by Berlinghiero Berlinghieri. The Christ figurew flanged by angels is seated above the twelve apostles.
This apse mosaic in the cathedral of St. Mary of the Assumption, Pisa, was started in 1301. The central figure of Christ was designed by Francesco da Pisa, whilst that of the Virgin by Vicino da Pistoia, and St John by Cimabue. Christ holds a book with the Latin inscription EGO SUM LUX MUNDI (I am the light of the world).
Detail from Buonamico Buffalmacco's Last Judgement in the Camposanto Pisa. This fresco is dated between 1336 and 1341, and is being restored following the destruction during WW2. The section shown here shows both Christ and the Virgin Mary sitting on rainbows, each within a mandorla, and below them are angels blowing trumpets.
This is a a detail of a 14th century "Last Judgement" painting above the chancel arch of John Wycliffe's church at Lutterworth, in Leicestershire. In this image two angels flank the figure of Christ who is sat on a rainbow displaying the marks of the Crucifixion.
