The north portal of Bourges Cathedral is dedicated to the Virgin Mary ⓘ. The Tympanum dates from between 1140 and 1160 and was part of the older church the Gothic cathedral replaced. This portal suffered a lot of damage during the Wars of Religion in 1562.1
