This brass is dedicated to Richard Pynfold (d1566) and his wife.

Richard Pynfold is dressed as a civilian in a flowing robe with pendant sleeves, the upper part showing a fur lining. His wife is dressed in a tight fitting gown that is tied with girdle, her sleeves also show a fur lining. She is also wearing a pedimental headdress.
