Thomas Machen family monument - Gloucester Cathedral.

This monument widely attributed to Samuel Baldwin of Stroud, is dedicated to Thomas Machen (d1614), Christian Baston his wife and 13 children. Thomas Machen was mayor of Gloucester three times, and was elected to parliament in 1613.

This memorial to Sir Thomas Street (d1696) is the work of the sculptor Joseph Wilton a founding member of the Royal Academy, and was made around 1774.

Tomb of Ambrose Dudley - St Mary, Warwick

This alabaster and marble monument is to Ambrose Dudley (d1590), 3rd earl of Warwick. It consists of a effigy on a tomb chest with pilasters and angled columns. The Warwick bear is at his feet and the tomb chest contains heraldic shields around its sides.

The tympanum above the central porch, of Saint-Maclou in Rouen depicts Christ in Majesty at the Last Judgement in four registers.
