This fresco by Fra Angelico 1438-1443) depicting the Coronation of the Virgin is in cell 9 of the San Marco monastery in Florence.  In the bottom half of the painting there are six saints, St Thomas ⓘ, St Benedict ⓘ, St Dominic ⓘ, St Francis, St Peter ⓘ the Martyr and St Mark ⓘ who representation of the elect, those who surround Christ and the Virgin in heaven.
