Ibn Rushd (Averroes) dies 1198

On the 11th of December 1198 Ibn Rushd, known as Averroes, died in Marrakesh, Morocco.

Ibn Rushd wrote over 100 books on subjects, including philosophy, theology, medicine, astronomy, physics, psychology, and mathematics.
