Agnès Sorel (d1450) was the mistress of King Charles VII of France to whom she gave birth to three daughters to Charles VII. One of them, Charlotte, married Jacques de Brézé, and gave birth to a son Louis de Brézé. Charlotte was killed by her husband who found her in bed with one of his huntsmen. Louis de Brézé became Grand Sénéchal of Normandy and "Grand Huntsman" of France, married Diane de Poitiers, who was the mistress of King Henri II of France. The tomb of Louis is in Rouen Cathedral.
