An index of church brasses, tomb chests, effigies, and sculpture from 1200 - 1300AD.

These links are in chronological order of the date that the monument was made. For instance the tombs of some people who died in an earlier century are known to have been made in 13th century. Where the date of construction is unknown then these memorials are listed by date that person commemorated died.
