This is from about 1420, the figures on the right are thought to be Louis II of Chalon, the count of Saint Aignan, his mother, and his second wife Jeanne de Perellos.

 

The text in the banner reads:

 

 

Gracious virgin, and friend to your Mother and Son, grant that thanks to your company we should be crowned by your son.

 

The figures of Mary and Jesus are flanked by St. John and Mary Magdalen.
